By creating an account or using any part of the SYNC-Gift platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Canada or the United States to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@sync-gift.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
The SYNC-Gift wallet is a stored-value digital wallet for gifting purposes only. Wallet balances are not insured deposits and do not earn interest. Balances may not be withdrawn as cash unless expressly permitted under applicable law and our Refund Policy.
SYNC Points are awarded at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Tier status and rewards are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software comprising the Service are the property of SYNC-Gift Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. See our IP Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNC-Gift Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYNC-Gift Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
